Finals Survival Week (FSW) is a campus-wide, interdisciplinary committee dedicated to supporting The University of Arizona students during Finals Week each semester.  By providing educational services, study resources and avenues for improved health and wellness, FSW helps UA students de-stress, re-focus and re-energize.

Workshop Wednesday: Preparing for Final Exams Preparing for final exams can be difficult, but if you come to our free Preparing for Final Exams workshop, then we can show you several ways to make your final exams less stressful. From study methods like learning how to effectively utilize flashcards to time management techniques, like the 8-day study plan. Relax & Recharge at the Museum Feeling overwhelmed with final projects and exams? We’ll have coffee, snacks and simple art activities all day at UAMA so you can take a break, de-stress and boost your creativity. From 1:00-3:00 p.m., come paint with College of Fine Arts Ambassadors and take home your own canvas. At 2:30 p.m., join a yoga nidra class guided by Leslie Langbert. Yoga nidra is an evidence-based method that supports the body’s ability to regenerate, heal and reduce stress.
