UA Expands Educational Access Abroad Through Visionary Global Network

Today, there exists a global demand for higher education. Many students abroad want to study in the United States but are unable to do so due to geographic barriers.  The University of Arizona is addressing this demand through the introduction of “micro-campuses” abroad – a new model that provides international students access to world-class UA degrees in their home countries.


100% Engagement Initiative Ease Transition for Veterans

Starting next semester, University of Arizona veterans will help other veterans transition to student life as peer mentors for the Peer Advocacy Liason (PALS) program. PALS was created through UA's 100%  Engagement Initative from the understanding that veterans typically talk with other veterans first to resolve issues. 

These issues include how to navigate the GI Bill, adapting to the college environment and living a new lifestyle.
